GIA PANTA - Café Bar Restaurant opens in a perfect location in the heart of Bergmannkiez, on a 200 sqm restaurant space that cooperatively expands to over 600 sqm with a live area.

Art exhibitions, DJs, readings, concerts and theatre punctuate the culinary experience, which focuses on vegetarian fusion cuisine.

GIA PANTA is a place for diverse and dynamic people from different cultures and industries, from the region and beyond.

Die Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten sind:

• Zubereiten von Getränken
• Mitwirkung bei der Kreation neuer Cocktails
• Sicherstellung eines effizienten Serviceablaufs
• Professioneller und höflicher Umgang mit Wünschen, Anfragen und Beschwerden
• Sicherstellung, dass die gesamte Barausstattung und alle anderen für den Service benötigten Gegenstände vorbereitet und verfügbar sind
• Die Verschwendung von Getränken auf ein Minimum zu beschränken
• Die Bearbeitung der täglichen Checkliste und die Sicherstellung, dass alle Öffnungs- und Schließungsaufgaben erfüllt werden

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Prepare beverages
• Participate in creating new cocktails
• Ensure the efficient, consistent flow of service
• Handle requests, inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure that all the bar equipment and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available
• Be efficient in keeping beverage wastage to a minimum
• Monitor the daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed

WAS WIR SUCHEN

Bewerber:innen verfügen über die folgenden Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten:

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in derselben oder einer ähnlichen Position
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und gutes Zuhören
• Integrität in allen Geschäftsbeziehungen und ein hohes Maß an Vertraulichkeit
• Fähigkeit, zuverlässig im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten und über längere Zeiträume zu stehen
• Sehr gute Umgangsformen
• Starkes persönliches Auftreten und gute Ausdrucksweise

The successful candidate will have the following experiences and skills:

• Minimum 1-year experience in the same or similar role
• Good level of English
• Knowledge of German advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to reliably work shifts and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Very good manners
• Strong personal presentation and well-spoken
