**The Role**

As a Senior Experiential Lead (m/f/d) you’ll be responsible for developing innovative, insight-driven experiential concepts that elevate brands within the unique context of airport retail. You’ll lead the creative vision from idea to execution — shaping concepts that connect brands to their audiences through unforgettable experiences.

## Tasks

*   Develop and lead experiential concepts for airport-based activations, from high-impact pop-ups to immersive, tech-enabled installations.
*   Combine storytelling, digital integration, spatial design, and consumer insights to craft experiences that resonate with both global travellers and local audiences.
*   Collaborate with strategists, designers, technologists, architects, and brand partners to bring ideas to life.
*   Balance creative ambition with commercial understanding, aligning activations to brand objectives and business KPIs.
*   Stay ahead of trends in travel, retail, experiential tech, and design to continually push our creative offering forward.

## Requirements

*   7+ years in experiential, brand activation, creative direction, or spatial design roles, preferably with experience in retail or public environments.
*   A strong portfolio showcasing innovative experiences that blend physical, digital, and human interaction.
*   Excellent concept development skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
*   Proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution within multidisciplinary teams.
*   Understanding of production processes, architectural constraints, and digital integration.
*   A strategic mindset — you understand how creativity drives both engagement and business impact.
