This position reports directly to the Founders. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

## Tasks

As a RevOps Consultant, you will closely work with experienced RevOps Leaders in fast-growing companies to help them get the most out of Weflow. 

You will own the post-sales customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, support, retention, documentation, and revenue expansion. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the chance to develop our RevOps Consultant team from scratch and build a strong network in the RevOps community globally.

## Requirements

*   2-5+ years in Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, or Solutions Engineering.
*   Strong technical acumen with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce), data integrations, and working with RevOps teams.
*   Experience in Revenue Operations and/or as a Salesforce admin is a big plus.
*   Experience leading implementation teams for highly complex products is a big plus.
*   Experience or deep knowledge of Salesforce data capture, pipeline management, and forecasting is a big plus.
*   Proven track record of those metrics and urgency around onboarding and implementations.
*   Have shown curiosity and ability to implement AI to optimize processes within your department.
*   Data-driven decision-making mindset, translating insights into actionable strategies.
*   Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Sales, Product, and Marketing to create a customer-first culture.
*   Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
