## Tasks

**The Role**

During your Internship, you will get broad exposure and insight into topics that are of relevance to a fast-growing tech startup with main focus on the Go2Market. Some of the tasks will include but are not limited to:

*   Support in building and nurturing our talent community from a strategic point of view
*   Evaluate and assess new potential members of the talent community
*   Assist in actively managing the talent community, supervise the churn rate and define / implement measures for increased talent engagement and retention
*   Support the acquisition and onboarding process of new employers
*   Manage different CRM systems, associated tasks and tools related to Go2Market activities
*   Support in setting up, launch and analyse marketplace related marketing activities
*   Testing of new user flows and act as interface to the Product Trio

*   Higher education in the field business, marketing, economics or similar
*   Hands-on mind and success driven mindset
*   Outgoing, team oriented personality with a pragmatic way of thinking / working
*   Analytical thinking, strong commercial judgment and a well-developed sense of responsibility
*   Fluent in business English
