You will be the accelerator. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to double our engineering capacity. Working 1-on-1 with the CTO, Tim, you will dive immediately into high-priority feature development and architectural improvements. This is a role for a developer who wants high impact, close collaboration, and the chance to define the engineering culture of a growing team.
Tasks
- You own the full lifecycle of new features. From database modeling (SQL) to the API logic (Node.js) and the UI implementation (React).
- Contribute to both our backend infrastructure and frontend design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and developer velocity
- Translate product ideas into production-grade UI using modern frontend frameworks and component libraries
- Play an active role in making key decisions on the application architecture and the way the product delivers its benefits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Full-Stack experience. You have seen enough production fires to know how to prevent them.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS and proven ability to deliver high-quality features across both frontend and backend
- Experience designing and implementing APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC) and integrating them seamlessly into polished user interfaces
- You enjoy pair programming, code reviews, and technical debates. You are ready to challenge the CTO’s ideas and have yours challenged.
- You know when to build a "quick and dirty" MVP to test a hypothesis and when to engineer a robust solution for the long term.
- You thrive in an early-stage environment where requirements can evolve (fast).
