We are looking for a Head of Outbound Sales to join our team in Berlin.

**Your mission**

We are looking for a motivated, experienced people manager who enjoys dealing with both colleagues & customers to join our growing sales team in Europe. If you are passionate about strategizing & planning, motivating; and have great delegation skills, then you may be a good fit with us.

## Tasks

**Responsibilities**

This is how we see your role & responsibilities:

*   Responsible for the strategic guidance of the outbound team of 30+ SDRs across multiple countries, keeping track and improving outbound processes, reviewing lead sources and tracking goal achievement
*   Ensuring adequate lead sources and amount of leads available for every country (CRM, Niels, rocketreach, LinkedIn) and regular review thereof
*   Regular evaluation of potential lead providers (new tools) and testing of new outbound approaches with the goal to increase conversion rates
*   Communication and strategic planning with existing lead providers
*   Overview of team target achievement through CRM reports as well as direct communication with team leaders and SDRs (weekly pipeline calls, bi-weekly junior- and team lead SDR meetings)
*   Close cooperation and regular alignment on processes and strategies with the Heads of Sales responsible for the Account Executives
*   Working strategically with the different departments in the company to ensure sales success (Account Executives, Marketing, Expansion, Logistics etc.)
*   Keeping track of the team's numbers (created deals, cold calls, open rate, answer rate, wording of sequences, implement new strategies) and making strategic decisions about the SDRs' sales processes
*   Reporting to the VP Sales

## Requirements

**Your profile**

These are the skills we are looking for:

*   Previous experience as a Head of Sales or other sales leadership roles
*   Extensive experience in Outbound Sales, ideally in the e-commerce / logistics sector or a sector with similar complexity
*   Familiar with making strategic decisions, numbers driven and KPI-focused
*   Experience with CRM tools, outbound sales tools and process automation
*   Fair teamplayer and experience with managing teams
*   Fluent in English and German
*   Excellent problem solving and communication skills
