Boardwise is a growing SaaS startup based in Hamburg with a remote-first culture. Our software helps supervisory boards, executive teams and corporate offices of large enterprises organize their meetings efficiently, securely and transparently.
You support our sales team in identifying and engaging new customer contacts — from initial research to first outreach. Your tasks include:
At least 1 year of experience in a B2B environment with enterprise customers, preferably in sales
Strong communication skills, an open mindset and a positive presence
A structured, independent and reliable work style
Interest in B2B sales, startups and digital solutions
Excellent German skills (C2 or higher) and good English skills
Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting, with a quiet workspace and stable internet connection
Residence in Germany or a time zone aligned with CET
Insights into B2B SaaS sales at enterprise level with real customers and projects
Flexible remote work — from home or on the go
In-person meetups & regular team workations (e.g., in Lisbon)
A motivated, humorous team with flat hierarchies and plenty of room to contribute your ideas
