## Tasks

*    Organisation und Durchführung von Recruitingprozessen 
*   Durchführung von Onboardingmaßnahmen 
*   Administration des internationalen HR  
    IT-Systems 
*   Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und  
    Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen 
*   Erstellung von Zeugnissen 
*   Planung und Durchführung von diversen  
    HR-Projekten 
*   Mitwirkung bei der Personalentwicklung

## Requirements

*   Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium in den  
    Bereichen BWL, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang 
*   Berufserfahrung im generalistischen HR-Bereich 
*   Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und eine hohe IT-Affinität 
*   Sehr gut Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse 
*   Organisierte sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise 
*   Teamfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten
