*   Taking a leading role in the research and development of energy storage systems
*   Analyzing heat and mass transfer properties of energy storage devices
*   Optimization designs of energy storage devices and systems
*   Assessment of the economic impact of the improved design

## Requirements

*   Master degree in Engineering thermal physics, process engineering, or chemical engineering or comparable qualification
*   Profound professional experience in process engineering, chemical engineering research work
*   Experiences with thermodynamics
*   Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks and CFD simulation software
*   Good knowledge in data analysis of heat transfer simulations and experiments
*   Fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus
