🇹🇷 Turkey Country Sales Manager – Food Ingredients (Hybrid, Istanbul)

Our client, a leading global food ingredients manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Turkey. This is a hybrid role based in Istanbul and requires a strong track record in B2B food ingredient sales.
Tasks
What You Will Do
- Lead and grow the Turkey sales portfolio across food & beverage manufacturers
- Manage key accounts including multinationals and major regional players
- Drive sales of flavours, colours, extracts, powders, natural ingredients,
- Develop and execute the country sales strategy, including forecasting and budgeting
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Lead negotiations, pricing, and long‑term agreements
- Collaborate with regional R&D, technical, and marketing teams
- Represent the company at customer visits, events, and industry fairs
- Travel extensively across Turkey
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in food ingredients
- Strong network within the Turkish food & beverage industry
- Proven success selling to multinationals (dairy, beverage, bakery, confectionery, savoury, snacks)
- Experience with flavours, colours, extracts, natural ingredients, powders
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Based in Istanbul (hybrid work model)
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or similar
MBA is a plus
