**Location:** Berlin, Germany

## Tasks

You will work directly with our Head of Supply Chain in Berlin on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space.

*   Drive growth by **identifying and sourcing new products** that strengthen our position as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY market.
*   **Evaluate and qualify suppliers** worldwide, ensuring the best mix of quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
*   **Build and manage strong supplier relationships**, from sample testing and benchmarking to auditing and long-term partnerships.
*   **Oversee the global flow of goods** by coordinating shipments and inventory across multiple warehouses and continents.
*   **Support strategic decisions** by analysing sales performance, forecasting trends, and contributing to process improvements and automation.

## Requirements

*   **2–5 years of relevant experience** in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, logistics, e-commerce, or a related field.
*   **Bachelor’s degree (or higher)** in business, supply chain management, or a similar discipline.
*   **Analytical strength** – you are confident with numbers, fluent in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable translating data into insights.
*   **Entrepreneurial mindset** – you take ownership, move fast, and enjoy turning challenges into opportunities.
*   **Excellent communication skills** in English (C1+), both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
