In 2023, we became the lead consultant and On-Site Operations Manager for Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET)—Germany’s state-owned terminal operator, created to respond to the national energy supply challenges triggered by the Ukraine crisis.  
We believe energy should be reliable, affordable, and future-ready. That’s why we view LNG as a powerful transition fuel on the path to greener energy systems.

## Tasks

*   Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools.
*   Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
*   Track project costs and prepare cost forecasts and variance analyses.
*   Support project budgeting, planning, and financial reporting activities.
*   Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
*   Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities related to schedule and cost.
*   Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
*   Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations for stakeholders.

## Requirements

*   Master’s degree in engineering, project management, finance, or a related field.
*   3–6 years of experience in project control, scheduling, or cost engineering roles.
*   Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and cost control tools.
*   Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
*   Experience in the energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
*   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*   Fluent in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
*   Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
