As our (Senior) Account Manager - Major Corporations Clients (d/f/m), you will create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. You are a driver for Futurepath’s growth and will require cross-functional collaboration, liaising with internal teams to improve the customer experience journey and delivery.

We are looking for our next team member to be based within Germany with a possibility to work in our HQ in Berlin or from home.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters with our major corporation clients, including conducting regular meetings, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying areas of improvement to grow business
• Embrace data to drive business growth by evaluating data from our recruitment CRM to derive action points
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

• Several years of experience in key account management, preferably in a startup or agency with major corporation clients
• Strong understanding of processes and ways of working in major corporations
• Genuine passion for customers and for delivering the best possible service
• Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with senior level executives
• Organized, disciplined, self-starting mentality, goal-oriented, focused, and excellent in time management
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Affinity for the tech and automotive/mobility industry
• Must be willing to travel to clients from time to time for personal meetings and to the office in Berlin once a quarter for our on-site week
• C1 level English and German skills.
