## Tasks

*   **Installation of photovoltaic systems, including the assembly of the substructure, installation of the solar panels and the preperation of the direct current cabling**
*   **Work in a small, well-coordinated solar installation team based on dynamic cooperation and mutual respect**
*   **Freely selectable area of work within your place of residence and a varied workplace**

## Requirements

*   **No previous experience necessary**
*   **Living in Germany**
*   **No fear of heights and good physical condition to work on roofs**
*   **German level atleast A2**

## Benefits

*   Free training to become a solar installer at our Solar Academy, including accommodation and travel costs
*   Starting salary of €3,000 to €3,500 gross plus performance-based bonus payments after successful completion of training and employment
