## Your Responsibilities

As a Release Managerfor, you are working on projects within the Baloise Group.   
The first project will be for Baloise Germany and your main tasks will be:  
  
* Collaboration in the conception and further development of the CI/CD pipelines
* Collaboration in the realization of the CI/CD pipelines for the individual projects
* Support in establishing the DevOps approach between DevOps System Team and the SW development projects
* Error analysis in test and production systems
* Support in operational issues
* Support of application development life in daily operations, if necessary also in other projects
* Support in setting up the release trains und coaching their members to deploy by themselves

## Your ideal background and skillset

* Knowledge in agile methods
* Knowledge of tools to support build and deployments in the Java environment (e.g. Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)
* Experience in running production enterprise applications.
* Experience in error analysis of Java-based applications
* Experience in cloud infrastructures (Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker)
* Basic knowledge in network infrastructure (firewalls, load balancing, IP networks)
* Several years of experience in CI CD tools and building CI/CD pipelines
* Topic driver
* communicative/coordinative skills
* Good English skills, German skills (B2) would be an advantage
