## Tasks

**Key Responsibilities:**

*   **Oversee daily store operations in our Kreuzberg location, coordinating with the production studio in Neukölln to ensure smooth workflow.**
*   **Deliver personalized consultations for custom framing and art presentation, guiding clients to find the best framing solutions.**
*   **Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the arts, interior design, and architecture sectors.**
*   **Manage and develop social media accounts to boost brand visibility and engage our creative community.**
*   **Serve as the communication link between the store and production team to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.**
*   **Proactively suggest improvements for CRM and in-store point of sales, utilizing technology to streamline operations.**

## Requirements

**Who We’re Looking For:**

*   **Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken C1).**
*   **Experience in customer service, retail management, or sales.**
*   **Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.**
*   **Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in building professional relationships.**
*   **Familiarity with social media platforms for brand engagement.**
*   **Knowledge of Berlin’s art, design, architecture, start up or creative communities is a plus.**
