Senior Flutter Developer (f/m/d)

Flooz is a culture-first web3 wallet & infrastructure company and our vision is to provide equal financial opportunities to everyone. Gen-Z “curious” investors use Flooz to discover opportunities, perform due diligence, trade any digital asset, and track their portfolios with real-time data and alerts.

We are looking for a talented and driven Flutter developer to join us full-time and support our cross-functional wallet team.

Flooz is a fully remote company with employees located in 10+ countries (CET +/- 3hrs). We believe in international, cross-functional team setups and promote regular face-to-face meetings, e.g. in company events or in-person product sprints.

• You will join a growing team of experienced developers building a cross-platform application, backend services and platform.
• You will be mainly working on our mobile Flooz wallet and architecting, designing, developing and deploying new features
• You will collaborate with your peers to define architecture, quality standards, and best practices.
• You will work closely with our designers, teaming up in small cross-functional teams to bring features from idea to prototype to final implementation.
• You will work on frontend and possibly backend projects to build simple, high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested solutions.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.

• You have working knowledge and experience developing apps using Flutter and Google Firebase (at least 3 years), ideally iOS or Android too
• You are product-oriented, combining thoughtfulness with pragmatism and a will to get stuff done
• You are calm and focused under pressure, and consider work-life balance essential for long-term happiness and productivity
• You believe effective and successful work is made possible by clear and honest communication, with a shared understanding of the long-term vision and immediate next actions. When you don't fully understand something, you ask lots of questions and use the opportunity to learn and grow.
• You like to challenge/be challenged and are open to broadening your technical skills
• You have strong English communication skills
• You are comfortable debugging problems anywhere in the stack
