FLIT Invest is an automated impact investing app that allows users to align their investments with their values without sacrificing returns. Rank the causes you care about, such as Climate Solutions, Clean Water, or Gender Equality, and exclude the industries you don’t agree with, such as fossil fuels, deforestation, or private prisons. FLIT will create and manage a personalized portfolio for you where you can track your impact, including your portfolio’s carbon footprint.

FLIT Invest is currently in beta, and you can register for early access on its website.

## Tasks

**Role summary**

You are creative, detail-oriented, and hyper-organized. You are interested in being part of an innovative, fast-paced team that is dedicated to producing exciting and engaging content while bringing a product to launch. You live and breathe social media, are always ahead of the latest trends, and are up for a challenge. This internship program runs during the fall semester. The opportunity can be part-time/full-time, depending on the candidate’s school schedule and availability.

**Key responsibilities**

*   Create content for owned channels focusing on TikTok & Instagram - Including but not limited to impact investing, financial literacy, trend-based videos, and product education
*   Support calendar ideation, development, and management
*   Support Social Media Coordinator with community management on all channels
*   Answering DMs, and comments and finding unique ways to engage with our online community
*   Organizing photos and all social assets and working cross-functionally between marketing and design teams
*   Research content trends and present new concepts every week, specifically how other brands are collaborating and creating unique experiences

## Requirements

**Preferred skills & experience**

*   1+ years of relevant work experience or studies in relevant fields (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Environmental or Social Studies, Sustainability, etc.)
*   You know Internet, pop culture, and cultural trends
*   Passionate about impact investing and social and environmental causes
*   Strong attention to detail that shows you care about your work
*   Comfortable creating and editing video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
*   Ability to work independently, initiate and lead tasks within defined projects in a fast-paced environment
*   Good problem-solving skills as well as communication and listening skills
*   You can create content in-app, and in other platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite)
