Account Executive, openBIM & Microsoft (B2B, AEC)

Flinker brings openBIM natively into Microsoft 365. IFC viewing, Microsoft CDE and Power BI, running inside the customer's own Microsoft tenant. Our customers are asset owners, construction firms, engineering practices and public authorities. You own qualified opportunities from first interest to signed contract.

• Take over qualified opportunities from inbound and from our technical team
• Run follow-up meetings, understand the real problem behind the request, build the business case
• Manage your own pipeline in Dynamics and keep it honest
• Sell consultatively, with technical depth covered by our solution side
• Negotiate and close, including procurement and IT security questions in enterprise accounts
• In quieter phases, open doors through your own network

• Proven B2B closing in AEC, construction, engineering software or the Microsoft ecosystem
• Enough understanding of BIM, IFC to be credible in a first call, or the clear intent to get there fast
• Your own industry network you can reactivate
• Calm, thorough, long-term. We are not looking for pressure selling
• English fluent, German a strong advantage, remote-ready and self-directed

• Performance-based compensation, structured individually with upside that scales with the deals you close
