## Tasks

*   Fachliche Leitung für die erfolgreiche Einführung einer neuen Transaktionsüberwachung 
*   Integration der AML-Lösung in den Vertriebsdesktop in Koordination mit IT-Providern 
*   Definition der Anforderngsspezifikationen und Detailspezifikationten des Prozesses 
*   Vollumfängliche Koordination mit Legal & Compliance und Frontmitarbeitern 
*   Implementierung, Testing und Abnahme des Projekts

## Requirements

*   Schweizer Hochschulabschluss 
*   Deutsche Muttersprache und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse 
*   Fundierte Erfahrung in AML und Transaktionsüberwachung
*   Vertrautheit mit der Führung und Implementierung von Projekten 
*   Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer Schweizer Bank und/oder Big4 
*   Hohe Sozialkompetenz, diplomatisches Geschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
