## Tasks

Fides Treasury Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing and Communications department, you will be responsible for creating compelling content and communications to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English writing skills and be fluent in German, with a strong background in communications and marketing. 

 **Your responsibilities**

*   Create content for internal and external communications across various channels and for diverse stakeholders, including copywriting and translation
*   Ensure high-quality written communications in both German and English, meeting the high linguistic standards expected of a native English speaker
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
*   Support website management and social media channels, including content creation, posting, and community engagement
*   Craft, manage, and dispatch newsletters, contributing to engagement and audience growth
*   Assist with the planning and execution of conferences, as well as other company events

## Requirements

*   Strong proficiency in creating and translating content in both German and English
*   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
*   Experience with a variety of marketing and social media tools
*   Proven track record in email marketing and creating customer-focused content within digital marketing
*   Ability to create content that aligns with the customer journey and sales funnel stages
*   Prior experience in supporting broader marketing initiatives, including social media strategies, and online campaigns
*   Hands-on mentality and a detail-oriented approach
*   Familiarity with SaaS, technology, and financial services is advantageous
