Working Student fluent in Chinese (m/f/d)

FENKA Robotics is the leading system integrator for service robotics in Germany & Austria. FENKA is manufacturer independent and distributes Chinese cleaning and intralogistics robots for different use cases to Facility Management, healthcare, retail and industrial companies. With a team of 20 service technicians across Germany and Austria FENKA takes care of system integration, training and services. With executives from the German FM industry, we already undertook two trips to visit different robotics manufacturers. Now we are planning to do trips on a regular 6-months basis for different industries.🤖🚀

We are looking for someone based in China to take full ownership of organizing our innovation trips with German-speaking executives:

● Planning the content of trip - which companies to visit, designing a program based on the industry, planning cultural events

● Organizing the trip - booking flights, hotels, restaurants, trains, local transportation via buses etc.

● Preparing presentations for customers to invite, planning budgets

● Leading the trip in person and supporting with everything - from wechat & alipay usage to responding to cultural questions

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a masters degree, did an exchange in Germany/Austria/Switzerland or has any other form of connection:

● At least C1 level in Englisch, C2 in Chinese, any German speaking skills are a big plus

● Ability to plan very autonomously

● Ability to join the first upcoming trip between 08.11.2026 to 14.11.2026

You will get the full responsibility of a travel budget of around €60k and the organization of the trip. You are in constant contact with our co-founder Moritz.

● €20 per hour / approx. 160 RMB per hour
