## Tasks

**What this role is about**

This is not just another marketing manager role. You will own our **marketing efforts end-to-end** and ensure marketing is part of every key decision we make as a company. **You’ll work directly with the CEO & COO**, helping to shape our growth, product, and community strategy — making sure marketing drives our business forward, not just supports it. **You’ll be hands-on** across content, campaigns, and performance, but you’ll also have a seat at the table when we set the course for the future of the female factor.

**What you’ll do**

In your first months, you’ll work closely with our interim-CMO to dive into social media, copy, ads, website updates, and campaign planning. **You’ll create briefs for our content creator, execute campaigns, and analyze performance** to see what’s working and what needs adjustment. Along the way, you’ll build a deep understanding of our brand and audience.

As you settle into **your seat at the table, you’ll own the marketing strategy** and ensure it aligns with our business goals. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO & COO, connect marketing with product and community initiatives, and ensure everything we do drives growth and impact.

## Requirements

*   Have **broad experience across marketing areas** — social, ads, copy, website, campaign planning — and know how to bring them together into strategic, results-driven campaigns.

*   Are **data-curious** — you know how to track what matters, spot what’s not working, and adjust accordingly (even if you’re not a data scientist).
*   Thrive in **fast-paced** environments — you have experience in a startup, agency, or freelance world where you needed to adapt quickly and make things happen.
*   Are **proactive** and hands-on — you take ownership, find solutions, and get things done.
*   Are a **team player** — you’ve collaborated with small teams or cross-functional teams like design, product, and leadership and know how to bring people together.
*   Love working closely with leadership — you want to be in the room where decisions are made and aren’t afraid to speak up.
*   Are **tech-savvy** — familiarity with tools like Canva, Airtable, ClickUp, Slack, and website CMS platforms (like Wix) is a plus.

*   You prefer to delegate work — this role requires hands-on execution alongside leadership.
