At Factorial we're looking for a new __Junior Customer Success Specialist for the UK&I Market__ to help us boost the company to the next level, and our customer's!!! 📈

The Role 📜

## What will you be doing:

* __Manage your own customer portfolio__ through our __CRM__, keep its information updated on a daily basis, and work on proactive improvement action plans.
* Proactively build, engage, and develop __top-quality relationships with our customers__, through __regular communication__, via tickets, calls, and video calls. Don't just wait for them to come!
* Ensure __prompt and accurate answers__ to all clients’ queries by ticket/call offering personalized feedback within the expected time limits (SLA).
* Guide our new __Small size clients with up to 21 seats__ through the __onboarding__ and account setup, to guarantee an amazing experience for our clients.
* Provide __after-sales support__ and churn management, and guarantee a __strong long-term__, transparent and trustable relationship.
* Promote and __explain new products/services__ and functionalities to existing customers.
* You will __work hand in hand with different teams__ - especially with the sales, product, and development teams - you will be their main contact person, so the feedback you can provide them will be super valuable

__Your Profile__ 🧐

* Native __English__ speaker. Other languages are highly valued.
* Previous __Customer oriented__ experience or a strong willing to have one! Sales,Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, Client Specialist, and similar experiences are highly valued!
* You like making things easier for customers and colleagues. If there’s a roadblock, you want to smooth it away!
* Ambitious, self-motivated but __team worker__, energetic and positive thinker (eyes on the bright side!)
* Committed, organized, proactive __problem solver__ and you love helping people.
* Strong __organizational__ skills.
* __Decisive and fearless__ to pick up the phone and support our clients.
* Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment.
