At Factorial we're looking for a new __Sales Account Executive - Spanish Market Payroll__ to help us boost the company to the next level.  
The payroll team has made exponential growth from March to now. The team has been doubling sales month after month surpassing all the goalsspreading.

What will you be doing? 👀

## The Role

* Responsible for __managing Sales qualified deals__, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the __execution of the sales cycle__.
* __Identify__, __navigate,__ and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the __whole sales cycle to a point of close__.
* Creatively develop effective account plans and __strategies__ to meet and exceed sales __quota__.
* Establish and regularly conduct high-level __negotiating__ with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives.
* Think creatively and utilize __consultative selling techniques__ to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
* Provide a reliable and accurate __forecast__ of activities and __revenue__ achievement to sales leadership.
* __Collaborate__ daily with __internal teams__ (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.

## Your Profile 🧐

* __Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.__
* Have experience in __Sales/B2B__ at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
* You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
* You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
* You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop
* You have __native Spanish__ level and are __fluent in English__.

## Bonus Points

* You have knowledge/experience __in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.__
* More than 2 years of experience in sales
* You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
* Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.
* Previous experience in the SMBs market.
