___WHAT YOU WILL DO___   

As a Product Analyst, you are part of the shop digital product team & are responsible for creating a digital shopping experience our customers love. Your task will be revolving around: 

* Working directly on definition, set up and leadership of the conversion rate optimization strategy
* Lead the setup and tracking of all events in Google Analytics / PostHog / Algolia
* Creating the reports based on data infrastructure made available by marketing and Business Intelligence teams
* Gathering, assessing and launching A/B tests
* Ensuring that the data is trustworthy (reliable, complete & consistent)
* Owning and recommending the tools that empower us to move forward in CRO (or Conversion Rate Optimization) such as: form analytics, engagement tools like Clarity etc.

While the product manager is accountable for ensuring a solution is valuable and viable, and the marketing team is responsible for bringing the right leads to our shop, the product analyst is accountable for gathering, prioritising & sharing data-driven insights that improve the probability visitors take desired actions (e.g., conversion, add-to-cart) on our shop’s pages. 

This means that the conversion rate optimization manager must contribute to their product team: 

* Deep knowledge of our users and customers, defining and driving a roadmap of data driven initiatives (removing blockers & balancing time vs accuracy)
* Industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to the digital shopping experience
* An entrepreneurial spirit, consistently pushing the status quo through data-driven innovation
* This job, as with the other roles on the product team, is an individual contributor role. You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.

___WHAT YOU BRING IN___  

* Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern conversion rate optimisation (e-commerce, SaaS) and quantitative testing
* At least 3 years working on technology-powered fast-paced products as either a conversion rate optimization manager, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher
* Demonstrated ability to drive key performance metrics: analyze the data, draw conclusions and communicate them among your peers
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders across the organization regardless of their seniority or affiliation
* Hands on knowledge of digital analytics tools and data analysis tools:

	* Must have – PowerBI/ Data Studio (Looker) / Tableau, Google Analytics, A/B testing tools (e.g., AB Tasty, Google Optimize, Optimizely other)
	* Great to have – SQL, Python, DAX HotJar/ Mixpanel
	* Nice to have – knowledge of Google Tag Manager, qualitative research methods
* Fluency in English – both spoken & written
* Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & SQL
