As part of our Delivery Team you are supporting your supervisors as well as cross-departmental our Community Team in several tasks connected to our Tech Experts.  

## YOUR MISSION

* Support our Tech Recruiters in matching tech freelancers with our client’s projects and sourcing for additional great tech talents via multiple channels.
* Grow and develop our network of potential tech experts.
* Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and documentation.
* Build trusting relationships with Experts new to our Community.
* Interact with our Freelancers from our community and update their portfolios in our database.

## YOUR SKILL SET

* People- and objective-orientation as well as strong communication skills.
* Great interest in building interpersonal relationships.
* High motivation to work in a dynamic and young team.
* Great ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects.
* Being an enrolled student towards the mid/end of your studies within Germany.
* Fluent English skills
