Your Mission

This is a company built for growth.

When you join exmox, you’re stepping onto a global, highly competitive playing field - solving real problems in environments that push you beyond your comfort zone.

We build high-performing consumer products across multiple brands in one of the most competitive industries there is: mobile gaming. You will be part of a company that is on a path of hyper-growth, spearheading one of the largest innovations in the mobile gaming industry - a rewarded user engagement and user acquisition platform. We help mobile game publishers not only acquire new users, but also keep players engaged through rewarding experiences.

As an Account Manager at exmox, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our partners in the mobile gaming space. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, ad tech landscape, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

If you value impact, data-led decisions, and ownership - let’s talk.

In this role you will:

Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, fostering long-term loyalty through high-touch relationship management.

Growth & Revenue Optimization: Design and execute account strategies to scale revenue, proactively identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).

Data-Driven Insights: Monitor complex KPIs and synthesize raw data into actionable insights and professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Product Voice & Advocacy: Bridge the gap between commercial teams and Product by translating partner feedback into prioritized roadmap requirements and revenue-driving features.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as an internal advocate to streamline workflows and resolve challenges by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.

Performance Benchmarking: Ensure partner performance consistently aligns with both client business objectives and internal success metrics.

What You Bring

Relevant Experience: You have 2 - 3 years of proven experience in adtech, gaming, rewarded advertising, user acquisition or related digital industries.

Data-Driven Mindset: You are highly analytical and data-driven, able to interpret sales data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Commercial Hunter Mentality: A "sales-driven" personality obsessed with moving the needle; you are constantly asking "how can we double these numbers?" to drive exponential growth.

Communication Skills: Full professional fluency in English with the interpersonal "spine" to challenge clients’ assumptions and stand your ground during tough negotiations.

Ambitious & Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with high "eagerness" who doesn't just meet targets but proactively seeks ways to exceed them.

What You Can Expect

Ambitious people, real ownership. Work with driven people who challenge each other openly and take full ownership of meaningful parts of the business.

A company that prioritizes growth, performance, and impact. Comfort isn’t the goal here, progress is. We set a high bar and focus on delivering real results.

A highly ambitious environment with a clear goal. Building the next European tech challenger is not just an idea, it is our mission. Everything we do is driven by the ambition to compete at the highest level and win.

Direct exposure to leadership and real decision-making. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders, contribute to strategic discussions, and see how decisions shape the business in real time.

Perks that help you focus on what matters. Transport subsidy, learning budget, wellness and gym, workation, bi-weekly team lunches, and more. The perks are great, but the real reason people join and stay is the challenge, the ownership, and the drive to win together.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
