We’re looking for students who are hungry to learn, driven to take ownership, and excited to make a real impact. This is your chance to bring your ideas to life, experiment, and shape social media content that stands out.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and love taking initiative, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

Curious & motivated – you love tackling real-world challenges and learning fast.

Fluent in English, with German as a strong plus.

Ideally, you can support us between 16-20 hours per week.

If you’re nodding along while reading this, that’s a good sign. Apply with your CV in English and your social media accounts too, so we can see your creativity in action! We’re excited to meet you!

You own your own growth. Growth doesn’t happen by accident. At exmox, learning is built into the work - through responsibility, feedback, and real challenges.

Perks that help you focus on what matters. Transport subsidy, wellness and gym, workation, bi-weekly team lunches, and more. The perks are great - but the real reason people join and stay is the challenge, the people, and the drive to win together.
