Recruiter for Construction Industry in Switzerland

• Actively sourcing and selecting qualified professionals in the construction industry in Switzerland
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the demand for skilled workers
• Conducting interviews and carrying out selection processes
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external partners
• Assisting in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees
• Regularly reporting on recruitment progress and the effectiveness of strategies

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar qualification
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, preferably in the construction industry or related sectors
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and recruitment methods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• Proficiency in English and German, with knowledge of an additional Swiss national language (French or Italian) being advantageous
