This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who wants to work flexibly in an energetic airport environment, We are looking for Check-In Agent (m/f/d) in Köln Airport to get started as soon as possible. A valid background check (ZÜP) is required for the start.

**FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED!**

## Tasks

\-Directing customers around the Airport

\-Greeting and checking in of passengers and passenger baggage for their respective flights

\-Checking passport, visa documentation and flight details

\-Direct customers to the right location/assist if needed.

\-Monitoring of baggage Weights and applying Excess Baggage Charges if applicable

\-Asking relevant security questions

\-Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates

\-Conduct boarding and passenger announcements.

\-Boarding and disembarkation of passengers

## Requirements

*   Valid background check (ZÜP)- \*\*\*\*
*   German or English language skills \*\*\*\*
*   Ideally driving licence class B-
*   Willingness to work shifts, training 11-2-3-9 and dangerous goods training DGR PK 8 
*   willingness to work shifts,
*   overtime and weekends
