We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and integrate intelligent business solutions within a modern enterprise environment.
In this role, you will work hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365/Azure integrations. You will help build AI-powered automation solutions, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensure strong governance, security, and operational reliability.
Tasks
What you'll do:
- Design and develop intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)
- Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows
- Design and manage Dataverse data models
- Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and Azure services
- Build Generative AI and RAG-oriented solutions where appropriate
- Implement governance, security, compliance, and ALM best practices
- Support solution architecture, documentation, releases, and production operations
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3–7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable Conversational AI/Agent solutions
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Fx
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and API integrations
- Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI, and modern automation architectures
- Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and ALM
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Fluent English communication skills
