As Import & Export Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the execution of operational import and export processes for incoming and outgoing deliveries.

## Tasks

*   Communicate closely with freight forwarders for import and deliveries to the warehouse 
*   Responsible for ensuring that all necessary import and export documents are copmleted on time 
*   Organize the transports to the customer
*   Create and send daily/weekly reports
*   Contact person for internal and external customers for both import and export-related inquiries (e.g. customs agency, certificates of origin, proof of preference etc.) 
*   Archiving of import and export documents
*   Part of the team responsible for effective inbound and outbound logistics, delivery performance andmaterial availability for the Evident EMEA business

## Requirements

*   Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an Industrial clerk, forwarding agent or comparable training 
*   Extensive professional experience in the international movement of goods in import and/or export processing
*   Experience with the preparation of certificates of origin 
*   Experience with "Letter of Credit" deliveries 
*   Experienced in dealing with customers and freight forwarders in an international company
*   Good understanding of INCOTERMS
*   Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP 
*   Very good command of German and English
