# __Content Creator (Organic & Paid Social)__

## Your Role

As our Content Creator (Organic & Paid Social), you’ll:  

* __Create quick-cut, trending organic photo and video content__ for Instagram Reels and TikTok, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and formats (30% of your time).
* Create engaging and high-converting __social media ads (static & dynamic)__ for Meta, Instagram & Pinterest, based on market research and analytics (70% of your time).
* Take an __editorial approach to food shooting and styling__, ensuring visually cohesive and premium content that aligns with our brand identity.
* __Manage end-to-end content production__, including brainstorming ideas, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing — with support from the team!
* Collaborate closely with the Brand & Creative Lead and Performance Creative Strategist, __assisting with daily tasks and contributing to larger strategic campaigns.__
* Work proactively to deliver a __consistent stream of high-quality content__ across social media platforms, website imagery and newsletter assets, maintaining a balance between creative experimentation and on-brand messaging.
* Analyze performance metrics to help __optimize content and improve engagement.__
* Occasionally assist with other creative projects that pop up.

## What You Bring

* A __track record of creating engaging video content__ (please share your portfolio or examples of work!)
* __Strong__ proficiency in __editing tools__ (e.g., Adobe Suite, specifically __Premiere Pro__, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut).
* A __strong eye for visuals and styling__, with an understanding of social media aesthetics and what works to grab attention.
* Knowledge of various __social media platforms__ (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit) and their respective algorithms.
* Experience in working with __fast-paced content output__ without compromising on quality.
* Native German and English C1.
* Minimum __1.5 years__ experience in a __related__ __field.__
* __Full-time__ availability in Berlin❗️
* Extra points if you’ve got experience with food styling or paid social ads.
