Are highly motivated to learn and take initiative

Are comfortable communicating in English

Are willing to learn German and reach at least C1/C2 (we’ll support you financially!)

Are based in Kosovo (Our office is in Prishtine)

A fully remote internship with flexible hours

Direct mentoring from founders and senior project managers

A financed German course, from your current level up to C1/C2

A clear growth path: internship → junior role → project lead

Honest, fast feedback and a team that wants you to succeed

Option for long-term employment after the internship if we’re a good fit

A real chance to grow into a career, not just a winter job

This internship is for someone who doesn’t want to stay in the comfort zone.

If you're hungry to learn, ready to work, and want to build something meaningful (one step at a time) we’re ready for you.
