To support our __Agent Platform__ at the __Hamburg headquarters__, we are looking for you as a __Senior Backend Engineer (f/m/d)\* - Java & Kotlin__ with immediate effect in __full-time (40 hours)__. We are looking for a motivated and creative team player to be part of a new approach in the digital real estate industry. ## Tasks that let you grow

* Architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate the application - __full DevOps cycle__
* Define your pipelines and orchestrate your resources in the most efficient way
* __Writing reusable, testable, and efficient codes__
* Participate actively in technical discussions and presentations with fellow engineers inside and outside your team
* Implementation of best practices in security and data protection
* Take __end-to-end ownership__ of your solution from design to release

## Your skills, that inspire us

* Several years of commercial programming experience on __Java and Kotlin__ and hands-on experience with __Spring Boot__
* Good knowledge of data structures, deep understanding of relational database design principles & knowledge of __SQL__ (PostgreSQL preferred)
* Understanding of modern __cloud-based backend architectures__ and technologies (GCP preferred)
* Familiar with Git, Kubernetes and Docker
* Knowledge of creating unit, integration and __end2end tests__
* Experience in developing distributed systems with high demands on performance and reliability
