EUPD Research is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **International Sales Assistant** to support our sales operations on a global scale. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our sales, marketing, and customer service teams, ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, efficient client communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

## Tasks

**Sales Support & Coordination**

*   Prepare for sales appointments and assist sales representatives during the negotiation phase.
*   Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
*   Coordinate administrative tasks, such as drafting contracts, processing orders, and preparing proposals.
*   Responsible for the creation, coordination, and performance reporting of all sales campaign content.

**Customer Relationship Management**

*   Maintain and update customer files, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.
*   Monitor customer portfolios to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
*   Support the promotion of products and services during commercial campaigns, offering recommendations and tailored advice.

**Collaboration & Strategy**

*   Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in strategies and execution.
*   Contribute to the development of new offers and participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.

## Requirements

*   Experience: A minimum of one year in a sales assistant or related administrative role; experience in international trade or as a sales representative is a plus.
*   Comfortable with internet-based tools, email platforms, and commercial software.
*   Ability to analyse and synthesize data effectively to aid decision-making.
*   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
*   Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
*   Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy in administrative tasks and data management.
*   Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
*   Autonomous: Demonstrates independence in handling tasks and decision-making.
*   Stress-resilient: Maintains composure and productivity under pressure.
