EUPD Research is seeking a proactive and visionary Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead the development and growth of our stakeholder networks within the renewable energy industry. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to design, manage, and expand initiatives that connect key players, foster knowledge exchange, and advance critical topics in the solar and renewable energy markets.

## Tasks

**Strategic Planning and Development**

*   Strategically design, manage, and execute processes for existing stakeholder networks, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and the renewable energy market's evolving needs.
*   Identify and develop new stakeholder groups  to broaden the company’s influence and create impactful knowledge-sharing platforms.
*   Develop strategies to maintain sustainable engagement within existing stakeholder networks, including periodic reviews, feedback collection, and improvement initiatives.

**Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building**

*   Foster strong relationships with key players in the renewable energy sector to support knowledge-sharing initiatives and promote collaboration.
*   Represent EUPD Research at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance partnerships and attract new stakeholders.
*   Act as a key contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional and responsive communication to strengthen long-term relationships.

**Coordination and Implementation**

*   Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to set priorities, define deliverables, and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
*   Oversee the organization and execution of knowledge-sharing sessions, meetings, and events to address the solar industry’s most pressing topics.
*   Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of stakeholder networks and related initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with market needs.

**Address and Data Management**

*   Coordinate the management of stakeholder address data, ensuring that information is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained.
*   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the database is effectively used for outreach, research activities, and relationship management.

## Requirements

*   Proven experience in project or stakeholder management, ideally in renewable energy, market research, or related industries.
*   Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
*   Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
*   Experience with designing and managing knowledge-sharing platforms or industry forums is a plus.
*   Solid understanding of renewable energy markets, particularly photovoltaics, is highly desirable.
*   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
*   Strong Organizational Skills with Experience in Data Management: Ability to efficiently organize and maintain stakeholder databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for outreach and engagement purposes.
*   Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken) is essential. Further European languages are welcome.
