## Aufgaben

As a sales analyst / SDR, you'll work closely with our Growth Team to scale our outreach and lead generation strategies. Your mission:

*   Identify and engage with potential customers via LinkedIn, email and other digital channels
*   Launch and optimize scalable outreach campaigns
*   Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms and events, in close coordination with Sales
*   Operate and maintain automation and outreach tools
*   Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and social selling initiatives aligned with the customer journey
*   Continuously refine our ICP and buyer personas through market research
*   Grow and manage our marketing prospect database to support nurturing campaigns
*   Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Operations to align on goals (OKRs), performance tracking, and process optimization

## Qualifikation

What we’re looking for:

*   Initial experience in lead generation, outbound campaigns, or digital marketing - ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
*   Experience with outreach tools
*   Strong understanding of outbound automation and scalable campaign processes
*   Interest in (or experience with) using AI tools for campaign and lead management
*   Structured thinker with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
*   Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
