Investment Manager

We are hiring: Investment Manager (Remote or Miami)

EPL Capital is the investment platform of EPL Group, headquartered in Miami. We build and manage alternative investment vehicles across three strategies:

• Sector roll-ups in defense, energy, logistics, professional services, and technology
• GP stakes and fund-of-funds investments in emerging private equity and alternative managers
• Growth platform supporting international scale-ups entering the US market

We are seeking an Investment Manager to develop strategies and support the execution of the deal pipeline across the platform.

What you will do:

• Originate and qualify investment opportunities across our strategies
• Build and manage relationships with family offices, RIAs and institutional allocators
• Support due diligence, investment memos and deal execution
• Represent EPL Capital at industry events and in allocator meetings
• Work directly with the Managing Partner on platform growth

What you bring:

• 7+ years in private equity, venture capital investment strategies and executions
• An established network of family offices or institutional investors
• Strong financial analysis and investment writing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, founder-led team

This is a revenue-sharing role, structured in line with applicable securities regulations. There is no fixed salary. It suits a professional who wants direct economic participation in the platform they help build.
