Market Coverage and Relationship Building

Lead full execution lifecycle: from mandate to term sheet negotiation to closing.

Coordinate internal resources and manage communications between clients, investors, and legal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in debt capital markets, private credit, investment banking, or capital advisory.

Demonstrated track record of successfully raising private debt capital, particularly from non-traditional sources.

Deep relationships with family offices, private equity firms, and alternative credit providers.

Must hold active FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses (or be willing to obtain promptly upon hire).

Excellent communication, structuring, and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial and highly self-directed, with strong execution capabilities.

Benefits

Significant autonomy and visibility across transactions and client engagements.
Access to a vast network of business owners, family offices, and private investors.
