Internship: Motion Design (f/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Creating motion graphics and graphic designs for social media ads in performance marketing, supporting the design team in delivering impactful visuals for large brands seen by millions
• Work together with the marketing and creative team to understand project scope and objectives while contributing to the ideation process to develop engaging creative
• Work with creative briefings to produce Moodboards, conceptualise and execute ideas
• Learning how to manage various client needs while maintaining brand consistency
• Supporting in post-production processes by selecting audio, sound effects and videos to create polished and engaging final assets
• Exercise your creative freedom by using any technique you feel comfortable with, from visual effects to 2D animation or video editing.
• Learning best practices for versioning control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files

Dein Profil

• You have successfully completed or are about to complete a university degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field
• Whether through internships, freelance work, or personal projects, you’ve gained initial experience in digital design, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
• Adobe Photoshop and After Effects are your daily go-to tools, and familiarity with other software is a handy bonus
• Plus: You have some experience with animation principles, visual effects, and timing
• You enjoy keeping up with what’s trending on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• You understand the importance of brand consistency while also exploring ways to make creatives engaging and attention-grabbing for social media
• You love working creatively, bring in your own ideas and have a strong attention for detail
• You have strong communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts to others in English; German is a plus
