We are looking for a hands-on Senior API Integration Engineer to join our team and help build scalable integrations between our platform and enterprise systems used by global clients.

In this role, you will design and implement API-driven integrations connecting CRMs, contact center platforms, ITSM systems, and other enterprise applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, and client technical teams to deliver reliable and production-ready integrations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with APIs, system integrations, and solving complex technical challenges in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement API-based integrations between Enterprise Bot’s platform and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
• Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to understand system capabilities and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with client technical teams to translate business and system requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Integrate with CRM systems, contact center platforms, ITSM tools, and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across APIs, services, and distributed systems.
• Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Track and communicate the status of technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to improving integration frameworks, best practices, and technical standards.

• 6+ years of experience in API integrations, backend development, or system integration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data exchange formats.
• Experience working with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and token-based authentication.
• Experience building integrations using webhooks, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or similar backend technologies.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, contact center platforms, or ITSM tools.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working in enterprise technical environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Genesys, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, or automation tools.
• Exposure to cloud environments and microservices architectures.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments is a strong plus
