## Tasks

_We are looking for a_ **_Hindi speaker_** _to join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta._  

**What you’ll be doing:**  

*   Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
*   Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention.
*   Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience.
*   Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
*   Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.

**What you bring:**  

*   Your passion for sports is contagious, and you’re able to make anyone excited about it, even if they've never watched a game before.
*   You have a spark of curiosity about the thrilling world of sports betting and gambling, and you’re eager to learn and grow in our dynamic industry.
*   You know how to strike up engaging conversations with ease. You're confident, comfortable, and can build great relationships over the phone.
*   Native-level Hindi skills and fluency in English are required.
