Control System Engineer

Drive the energy transition by providing sustainable technological solutions through our digital platform, facilitating from planning to contract tendering to implementation of renewable energy systems in real estate and industrial companies. We enable our customers to increase the economic efficiency and CO2 balance of their properties while minimizing technical, commercial, and energy risks.

• Implement and tune control logic for heating systems, batteries, and solar installations, based on predefined optimization models.
• Ensure reliable data flow between local systems, sensors, cloud platforms, and operational dashboards.
• Monitor control performance and adjust parameters to achieve efficiency, comfort, and cost objectives.
• Install, configure, and maintain control hardware and communication devices at customer or plant sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system integration issues both remotely and on-site.
• Document configurations, testing results, and system changes to ensure high-quality operational records.
• Collaborate with engineers and quantitative analysts to refine optimization logic and address performance deviations.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation/Mechatronics, Energy Systems, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with control systems, PLCs or building automation, ideally optimizing energy flows.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, and device communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, MQTT).
• Interest or experience in the renewable energy market.
• Fluent in English
