  • Electricity & Photovoltaic Portfolio Sales

Promote and sell our diversified energy solutions, including electricity and our proprietary photovoltaic (PV) portfolio, to customers across Switzerland. Present sustainable energy offerings aligned with customer needs and the national energy transition strategy.

  • Customer Mapping & Strategic Evaluation

Conduct comprehensive mapping and segmentation of potential customers throughout Switzerland. Assess energy consumption profiles and tailor acquisition strategies based on commercial potential and technical suitability for solar integration.

  • Client Acquisition via Multichannel Approach

Acquire new clients through a structured, multichannel strategy leveraging direct sales, digital platforms, partner networks, and field-based outreach. Sales efforts are executed within the VZeV and LEG models, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing efficiency.

  • Solution Presentation & Contract Closure

Deliver professional and persuasive presentations of our energy products and PV solutions. Build trusted relationships, address customer queries, and lead negotiations through to contract signature and implementation.

  • Contract Management & Documentation

Oversee the preparation and execution of customer agreements using pre-approved contract templates. Ensure all documentation is compliant with legal and operational standards, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Completed KV education or equivalent commercial diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or commercial sales, ideally in the real estate or energy sector
  • Proven ability to sell consultative, explanation-based products or services
  • Open-minded, customer-oriented, and capable of providing tailored advice
  • Fluent in Swiss-German and English
