Agency Director Senior Business Manager Lisbon

ENOVA is an IT consulting company founded in Geneva in 2018. We support leading organizations with their digital transformation and technology initiatives by providing high-level IT consulting expertise.

As part of our international expansion, we are looking for an Agency Director / Senior Business Manager to develop and lead our activities in Lisbon.

This is a key entrepreneurial role within ENOVA. You will be responsible for developing our local business, acquiring and growing strategic accounts, managing consultants and progressively building your own team and business unit.

As Agency Director for Lisbon, you will be responsible for the development and performance of ENOVA's activities in the Portuguese market.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute the business development strategy for the Lisbon market
• Identify, prospect and acquire new strategic clients
• Build strong relationships with IT, Procurement and Business decision-makers
• Identify client needs and develop tailored IT consulting solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
• Develop and expand existing client accounts
• Manage RFPs, commercial proposals and contract negotiations
• Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit the right consultants
• Participate in consultant interviews, qualification and client positioning
• Manage and support consultants throughout their assignments
• Ensure client satisfaction and develop long-term partnerships
• Monitor revenue, margins and overall business performance
• Build and progressively manage a local team of Business Managers and consultants
• Develop ENOVA's visibility and professional network in Lisbon
• Contribute directly to ENOVA's growth strategy in Portugal

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven profile with strong experience in the consulting industry.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Manager, Senior Business Manager, Account Manager or in a similar business development position
• Proven experience within an IT consulting company, technology consulting firm or professional services environment
• Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and account development
• Strong understanding of the IT consulting business model
• Ability to independently manage a complete sales cycle
• Good understanding of the Portuguese market; an existing professional network in Lisbon is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in team management or Business Unit development is highly appreciated
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and develop a business activity
• High level of autonomy, ownership and results orientation

Languages:

• Portuguese: fluent/professional proficiency
• English: fluent/professional proficiency
• French is an advantage
