You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing Engineers to deliver innovative, high-reliability products that meet demanding industry standards.
🎯 Responsibilities
🔹 Hardware Design

Define the hardware architecture of complex electronic boards.

Design analog and digital schematics.

Select electronic components based on system requirements.

Define PCB stack-ups and routing constraints.
-
Supervise PCB layout activities in collaboration with layout engineers.
🔹 Validation & Qualification

Perform hardware bring-up and board validation.
-
Troubleshoot hardware issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis.

Participate in qualification and verification campaigns.
-
Ensure successful product validation prior to production release.
🔹 Manufacturing Support
-
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams.
-
Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) best practices.
-
Support products throughout the manufacturing and industrialization phases.
🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration
Requirements
💼 Your Profile
-
Master's degree or Engineering degree in Electronics or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in hardware electronics design.

Proven experience owning the complete development of complex electronic boards.

Strong background in analog and digital electronics.
-
Excellent knowledge of Altium Designer.

Experience defining PCB stack-ups and routing rules.

Solid experience in hardware validation, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis.

Knowledge of switching power supplies (Buck, Flyback, LLC, etc.).

Experience working with FPGA-based hardware integration (HDL development not required).
-
Understanding of EMI/EMC constraints.
-
Experience in Aerospace, Space, Defense, or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.

RF experience is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
