We’re looking for an ambitious intern or working student to join our early-stage Growth team. You will work directly with the founders and gain full exposure to go-to-market strategy and execution
Aufgaben
What you'll do
- Sharpen our GTM strategy: Research industries, competitors, and customer segments to refine our Ideal Customer Profile and inform where and how we scale
- Run growth experiments: Explore and test new channels, tactics, and lead gen formats & leverage AI to get there
- Drive acquisition: Own the full first-touch experience from crafting messaging to reaching out via email, LinkedIn or phone, and create messaging and pages that turn interest into traction
- Drive own initiatives: Identify high-leverage opportunities across the funnel and take ownership of focused projects with outsized impact
Qualifikation
What we're looking for
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy figuring things out from first principles
- You think clearly, creatively, and get excited about solving real problems
- You’re hands-on and have a strong bias toward action – whether it’s jumping on a call or testing a new tool
- You’re a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in both German (C2) and English – whether it’s in a doc, a conversation, or a first touchpoint with a customer
