Training Content & Multimedia Intern @ AI Startup (Full-time)

You love GenAI and care about content? Read on.

Akdo uses AI to build safety, sustainability, and compliance trainings for some of the world's largest companies. Our platform writes scripts, generates video, and produces multimedia automatically — but it can't do everything yet. That's where you come in.

What you'll do

• Handle what the AI can't. Complex visuals, sensitive topics, tricky compliance, the moments that need taste — you take those trainings and content the last mile with Lena (CLO) and Alice.
• Make the system smarter. When you fix something the AI got wrong, help us figure out why and bake it back in. Test new features for Jonas (CTO), apply customer feedback, and help us automate the parts you keep doing by hand.
• Support sales. Build demos for Max (CEO) and join client workshops to learn what big companies actually need.

Who you are

• You use AI tools daily and care about where the tech is going
• You've written, scripted, edited, or produced something — and can show us
• You have a good eye and good taste
• You catch what others miss
• Excellent English; German is a plus
• Available full-time for 4–6 months

A background in communications, media, journalism, psychology, design, film, or anything where craft matters is a plus — but we care more about curiosity than credentials.
